Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Wednesday that the city of Troy will receive more than $884,000 and the city of Rensselaer will get $2 million through the New York State Water Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2015. In addition, each city will be able to use that money to leverage no- or low-interest loans to fund the remaining costs of the projects for which they sought state assistance.
